About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Pegasus Homes, a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in designing, building, and creating high-quality homes with a focus on independent later living.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on our marketing strategies for all of our established sites, working closely with the Sales teams, customer operations teams, and residents to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage content across our website, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Monitor and update listings across property portals, identifying opportunities to improve the quality of the listings.
  • Manage the photography of our developments and homes, liaising with photographers, assisting on photoshoots, and updating the photo library.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to create inspiring stories from our communities, which can be used across campaigns in print and digital.
  • Creation of monthly marketing updates to sales and wider company on recent marketing activities.
  • Assist with the implementation of signage strategies, including directional signage, hoarding, and site signage to ensure site presentation standards are met and drive customer enquiries.
  • Support on marketing events, coordinating the event with team members, and ensuring events achieve their objectives.
  • Assist with producing sales and marketing collateral, such as brochures, floorplans, and leaflets, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to throughout all activity.
  • Assist with the briefing of print and digital campaigns and marketing materials to deliver on marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • At least two years of solid marketing experience at coordinator or executive level is essential.
  • Experience gained within a professional industry sector, property, or related is a distinct advantage.
  • Right to live and work in the UK with full UK driving license and own vehicle.
