**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative - Medical Devices

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uniphar Medtech UK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process and manage sales orders, stock transfer orders, and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide customer quotations and respond to customer queries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Support the sales team in managing key customer accounts and providing sales reports and price listings as required.
  • Actively contribute to a fast-paced and positive team environment by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
  • Execute core business processes effectively and efficiently, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging the use of KPIs.
  • Ensure excellent quality service is delivered by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience working in a medical device/pharmaceutical regulatory environment is an advantage.
  • Exceptional ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Deliver measurable results, make and meet commitments.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding set KPIs and targets.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring work is executed accurately and completely.
  • Demonstrates energy, real initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team approach.
  • Professional and effective communicator, written and oral. Strong telephone skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to adapt within a change environment.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Strong administrative and IT/computing skills.
  • Previous experience of working with Navision or Microsoft Business Central is an advantage.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
