3 months (possible extension)/ Mon-Fri 37 hours
Role Overview:
The Practice Support Coordinator acts as the primary contact point, delivering essential assistance and direction to children and their families within the multi-disciplinary practice teams. This role is pivotal in providing thorough administrative support and ensuring prompt interventions for children and families. The coordinator will uphold systems that facilitate the efficient functioning of the practice team, working under the supervision of the Business Support Manager. All responsibilities will be executed with a commitment to Equalities & Diversity, Health & Safety, and compliance with legislative standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data integrity and records management functions
- Provide updates to practitioners regarding pertinent statistical data
- Maintain systems to meet key statutory obligations for children
- Serve as the initial contact for inquiries
- Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals
- Organize relevant meetings and panels
- Ensure high standards of customer service
Qualifications and Skills:
A strong enthusiasm for engaging with children and young people is essential. Experience in minute-taking is required. The ability to communicate effectively, coordinate meetings, and provide administrative support is crucial. Familiarity with financial systems and processes, along with proficiency in Word and Excel, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
