Join Our Expanding Mental Health Support Team
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our innovative Autism and Learning Disability division within the Mental Health Support Team.
Our team provides essential mental health services and creative preventative measures to primary and secondary educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including managing correspondence, filing, photocopying, and referral tracking.
- Type and proofread various documents, ensuring timely delivery to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Manage a substantial caseload using RIO and maintain an updated Excel document daily.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with training events, including logistics such as room bookings and IT support.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation for meetings in a timely manner.
- Support the creation of presentations using PowerPoint or similar software as needed.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and self-driven, with previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a mental health or similar environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential, along with a keen attention to detail. Sensitivity in dealing with individuals who may be experiencing distress is crucial.
