**Pastoral Administrator - Ealing - ASAP Start**

A popular and successful Ealing Secondary School are looking for a Pastoral Administrator to join their inclusion, welfare and pastoral team asap. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, term time only.

Their curriculum offers a wide menu of experiences for students, delivered by highly qualified and experienced teachers. In recent years the school has been extended and developed with major building programmes. The school has a number of fully equipped computer rooms which have been upgraded this year and specialist design and technology classrooms and a newly refurbished Music suite, including five state of-the-art rehearsals rooms.

**About the role**:
The successful Pastoral Administrator will work closely with the Inclusion, Welfare and Pastoral teams supporting in all administrative matters.

Admin-based role with about 50% admin tasks such as booking appointments for Heads of Year, organising award ceremonies, taking statements from students, etc. and 50% working with students, term-time only.

Duties will include:

- Supporting with the daily monitoring and tracking systems related to the implementation of the whole school behaviour model
- Supporting Head of Year with administrative tasks
- Taking statements from students who need additional support
- Providing social and emotional welfare for students
- Drafting letters to parents and carers regarding internal and external exclusions
- Ensuring student records/files are updated, maintained and filed using School Information Management System (SIMS)
- Providing admin support to the Inclusion, welfare and pastoral teams
- Ensuring that Year Teams are provided with up to date registers and spread sheets for the use of weekly attendance, assemblies and offsite activities
- Managing the administration/organisation for a range of events such as Parents Evenings, and Pathways Events

The successful Pastoral Administrator must have:

- First Aid Qualification
- High level of written and spoken English
- Must have worked with children or in a school environment

**Salary**: £95.00-£112.00 per day
