About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Executive to join our team at TPS. As a Sales and Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering and achieving the business plan and sales objectives of the Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
  2. Achieve personal KPI's and revenue objectives with target customers.
  3. Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
  4. Utilize all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set.
  5. Identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within the customer base.
  6. Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  7. Build strong working relationships with customers through regular contact and face-to-face visits.
  8. Provide a high level of service to customers through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders, and providing expert advice.
  9. Provide timely communication to customers on their credit status.
  10. Assist, liaise with, and support the TPS Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service.

Requirements

  1. A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  2. Confident and capable communicator with proven experience of selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment.
  3. Passion for providing a great customer service experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
  5. A team player with the drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  7. IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
  8. A passion for the automotive industry.
