We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist to join our team at 83zero. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients' technical support team to provide exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our clients' technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and deploy our cybersecurity products in various environments.
  • Utilize modern enterprise video communications to engage with customers and ensure they maximize the value of our software.
  • Work closely with software developers to understand product features and provide insights into customer usage.
  • Investigate bug reports, reproduce, diagnose, and fix issues as needed.
  • Liaise with technical product managers to prioritize software development work and champion customer perspectives.
Requirements
  • Passionate trouble-shooter with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience working across different operating systems, including Windows and Linux/Unix.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, or virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Good understanding of Networking protocols and experience working with routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Desire to learn and continuously develop your skill set.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in the cyber-security sector (not essential).
  • Experience working within a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with a programming language.
  • Background in Computer science (not essential).
  • Experience with project deployments or technical pre-sales.
