About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Floor Manager at Flannels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, using excellent product knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations.
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, with a focus on sales results and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our beauty products, using brand and store information, education materials, and training as required.
  • Proactively engage with customers to develop loyalty and promote our products and services.
  • Support with stock counts, operational duties, and visual presentation in stores.
  • Lead by example, coaching and developing the Beauty Ambassadors, and supporting the store management team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal energy, confidence, and assertiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Self-driven to upskill and learn, with a natural ability to coach and lead.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
