Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Beauty Brand Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products, maintaining specialized product knowledge, and reinforcing the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals
  • Analyze sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
  • Share knowledge to provide customers with exceptional and personalized service
  • Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day
  • Use natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
  • Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive
  • Ability to build a clientele and model excellent customer service
  • Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • Great communicator with ability to positively engage with all customers
  • Well-informed with excellent product knowledge
  • Sales and service expert with ability to deliver the extraordinary
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs
  • Confident coach with ability to upskill and learn
  • Trusted and respected colleague
  • Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
