About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs in our Luxury Flagship Store in Meadowhall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products to customers
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with the team
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales data to create strategies with management
  • Share knowledge with customers to provide exceptional and personalized service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment and be flexible with working hours
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events and maintain a clean and attractive store environment
  • Build a clientele and model excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and champion our company culture and values
Requirements
  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • A great communicator and well-informed about the beauty industry
  • Known to be a sales and service expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
  • A confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn
