Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to manage our London operations at Dangote Industries Limited. This role is essential for maintaining a professional and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Oversee daily office functions, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be eligible to work in London.
