The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly-skilled customer service specialist to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing skills in customer care, talking directly to clients, and engaging them in their customer journey. You will also review enquiries, deal with issues preventing application submission, and coordinate with our New Business team.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ability to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
- Substantial knowledge in customer service and dealing with clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to identify the exact reasons why an application cannot be submitted and take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
- Motivation and passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to document details clearly.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer services or a customer-facing area.
