Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.

  • Ability to identify the exact reasons why an application cannot be submitted and take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
  • Motivation and passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to document details clearly.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer services or a customer-facing area.
