Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Eurofins UK Food Testing. As a key member of our commercial activities, you will be responsible for ensuring our core customer systems are up-to-date and our processes align with local policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer our CRM system, guaranteeing it remains current.
  • Manage payment terms and oversee the pre-pay process as we transition more customers to this route.
  • Support the continuous review of customer quotations for non-managed accounts.
  • Oversee the NPS process and ensure robust management of customer feedback and reporting.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers for the first month, collaborating with laboratory staff, the commercial team, and customer service.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end process for consumable provision to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Provide cover for Sales Support and assist in managing outgoing customer communications.
  • Deliver essential data or reports to sales and management teams.
  • Compile, populate, and submit FIIN data on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A strong understanding of microbiology and chemistry food testing principles.
  • Familiarity with the food testing industry.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within the food testing sector.
  • Basic technical knowledge of food microbiology and chemistry testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written abilities.
  • The capacity to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Presentation skills.
