Nurse - Physical Health Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Physical Health Team in Essex. As a Band 6 Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of physical health assessments to individuals with severe mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical support to junior colleagues and act as a clinical expert in accordance with evidence-based care and interventions.
- Contribute to the assessment of physical and mental health needs, with a focus on improving the physical health of individuals with severe mental illness.
- Ensure compliance with NMC Code and Standards of Practice, as well as relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Provide practice supervision and support for nursing students and student nursing associates on placement in the service.
- Form effective working relationships and clear communications with other professionals within the service area, service users, carers, and across any other internal and external stakeholders.
