McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Shared Services Team for a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will possess excellent ER case management skills, including handling high-complexity cases and large volumes, ideally within shared services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies. This will involve providing end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases, and undertaking stakeholder management activity, developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
The role will also involve working closely with ER & Legal, providing support to business projects on consultation, TUPE, and delivering continuous improvement plans, and supporting ways of working and team effectiveness.
Key skills and experience required for the role include:
- Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume.
- Experience working in shared services.
- Ability to work at pace.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build excellent relationships.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.
- Ability to make informed decisions in a positive way.
