About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Case Manager to join our team at Marks and Spencer. As a key member of our Line Manager Advisory Service, you will work closely with line managers and People Partners to support a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop line managers to deliver effective people management and drive line management capability.
  • Provide end-to-end case management support for the full scope of cases and policy areas, including complex and high-risk cases.
  • Maintain personal expert knowledge of M&S employment policy and practice.
  • Deliver high quality, consistent and accurate advice on all aspects of people policy in line with the service SLA.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of M&S employment policies, frameworks and practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with external case trends and employee relations best practice.
