Sales Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent contract. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, verify prices, and send out quotes to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage customers' back orders and ensure prompt delivery when stock arrives.
  • Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with all departments in the business to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and send product or pricing information to customers, such as price lists and promotion leaflets.
  • Perform specific administrative roles within the office, as instructed by the office manager.
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills, with good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in prioritizing your own workload and managing multiple tasks, with a flexible and adaptable working style.
