Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our specialist Commercial law firm in Norwich. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our team of lawyers in handling a range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of insolvency cases, including bankruptcy, liquidation, administration, and restructuring work.
  • Work closely with lawyers to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of cases.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of case strategies.
  • Prepare and review documents, including court papers and other legal documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful outcome of cases.

Requirements:

  • Experience in insolvency work, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
