Role Summary
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our enthusiastic and motivated team at our client's location in Ipswich.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will oversee the team, manage workflows, enhance processes, facilitate communications, and ensure effective team management, including service level agreements (SLAs), stakeholder engagement, senior leadership team meetings, and the overall administration of the Timegate system, which encompasses the support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate organizational needs into functional and technical specifications, implement solutions, and coordinate project work plans.
- Conduct thorough analyses of system requirements and propose enhancements, including updates following technological advancements.
- Facilitate collaboration between operational teams and subject matter experts to assess business needs, requirements, alternative solutions, and process enhancements, while considering innovative solutions for system limitations.
- Monitor support requests and the performance of internal ticket SLAs.
- Prioritize system modifications, fixes, and upgrades.
- Assist clients during testing phases.
- Publish performance metrics for issue resolution in relation to operational SLAs.
- Design system specifications and collaborate with both internal and external technical teams.
- Lead the core team and manage daily operations of the Timegate Systems.
- Update and maintain configurations within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including integrations, security protocols, default settings, departmental and location data, compensation administration, and performance management data.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance evaluations, upgrades, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT on relevant matters such as data modifications and bulk data imports.
- Act as the primary liaison with the communications team.
- Oversee training requirements, super user groups, and divisional drop-in sessions.
