About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities
  • Regular communication with customers experiencing payment difficulties
  • Discuss and negotiate arrears workout options, e.g. arrangements, capitalisation, loan workouts, shortfall sales, etc.
  • Monitor agreed workout strategies to ensure compliance and take further action as necessary
  • Analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operational loans
  • Experience working with customers experiencing financial difficulties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide relevant information
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably with a consumer finance business
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on the business
