Job Title: Business Development/ Sales Executive

SRG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/ Sales Executive to join our team in the North East. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and upselling our current client base, as well as building new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand the current client base, including companies such as INEOS, JCB, AksoNobel, Caterpillar, and others.
  • Build excellent client relationships and establish trust with them.
  • Develop and execute lucrative sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate across various functions and levels of the business to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to set up and execute business development plans.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the Waste Management/ Recycling industry or significant sales experience in related fields.
  • Highly confident with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Active listening and ability to ask the right questions.
  • Good presentation skills with ability to adapt to any level or type of audience.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills with competency using software such as MS Office.
