As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and upselling our current client base, as well as building new business relationships and executing lucrative sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and expand the current client base, including companies such as INEOS, JCB, AkzoNobel, Caterpillar, and others
- Build excellent client relationships and establish trust with them
- Develop and execute new business development plans to create lucrative sales opportunities
- Collaborate across various functions and levels of the business to achieve sales goals
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to set up and execute business development plans
- Significant experience in the Waste Management/Recycling industry or significant sales experience in related fields
- Highly confident and effective communicator
