Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SRG. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and upselling our current client base, as well as building new business relationships and executing lucrative sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand the current client base, including companies such as INEOS, JCB, AkzoNobel, Caterpillar, and others
  • Build excellent client relationships and establish trust with them
  • Develop and execute new business development plans to create lucrative sales opportunities
  • Collaborate across various functions and levels of the business to achieve sales goals
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to set up and execute business development plans
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the Waste Management/Recycling industry or significant sales experience in related fields
  • Highly confident and effective communicator
  • Active listening and questioning skills
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good presentation skills with ability to adapt to any level or type of audience
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good IT skills with competency using software such as MS Office
