Job Summary:
Catch 22 is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services to a cluster of clients in the Guildford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of cleaning, security, mailroom, grounds, and M&E maintenance services through subcontractors and service partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract managers and ensure they meet service level agreements and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure client properties are compliant with HSE legislation, requiring a recognized H&S qualification.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Manage commercial FM contract experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of FM contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A recognized H&S qualification, with a strong understanding of HSE legislation.
