About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Business Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business through outbound activity, with a focus on building relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your excellent relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve.

What We Offer:
