We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker to join our team, providing support, risk assessment, information, and advocacy to clients who have experienced domestic abuse. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with clients and professional agencies, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and their children.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a confidential and safeguarding environment, with a deep understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families. A full driving license and access to transport is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advocacy to clients who have experienced domestic abuse
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to ensure client safety
  • Work collaboratively with professional agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for clients
  • Empower clients to make informed choices about their future and rebuild safe and strong lives

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a confidential and safeguarding environment
  • Understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families
