Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Team Leader to join our team in Bracknell. As a key member of our outreach team, you will provide vital support, risk assessment, and advocacy to clients who have experienced domestic abuse. Your role will also involve line management oversight and contributing to our training offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential and safeguarding support to clients
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
  • Advocate for clients' needs and rights
  • Line manage the Bracknell outreach team
  • Contribute to BWA's training offer

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a confidential and safeguarding environment
  • Understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on families
  • Full driving licence and access to transport (desirable)
