Estate Management Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join Chancellors' Head Office in Bracknell as a Property Manager Team Leader. We are looking for highly organised and enthusiastic individuals who are specialised in the field of property management. Ideally candidates will be ARLA qualified with previous property management experience or estate agency experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximise current and future income opportunities. Ensure that the team focus on and maximises referral and recommendation opportunities.
  2. Monitor performance against targets and service levels.
  3. Drive, implement and continually re-enforce changes to processes and systems with an emphasis on efficiency and improvement and ensuring full and effective use by all staff.
  4. Manage a team of 3 – 6 providing focus and direction.
  5. Investigate and resolve queries and problems.
  6. Liaise with third party suppliers to arrange works to be undertaken.
  7. Develop and build strong relationships with key clients.
  8. Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants.

Requirements:

  1. Have excellent communication skills over the telephone.
  2. Be highly organised with an acute attention to detail.
  3. Be quick to learn and follow procedures.
  4. Have previous customer service experience.
  5. Stay calm and positive under pressure.
