No prior industry experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Salary: £24,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 weekend in 4, with two weekdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer service inquiries on behalf of our clients
- Offering assistance and solutions based on the nature of the inquiries
- Documenting each inquiry in a case file
- Collaborating with the senior management team
- Collecting customer feedback to enhance service quality and sharing insights with relevant parties
- Providing ongoing support and communication with customers as needed
- Updating case notes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Participating in occasional market research and mystery shopping initiatives
- Working in an office environment with daily performance metrics and service level agreements to meet
- Experience in customer service is beneficial, but training will be provided
- Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in IT applications
