About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our services and providing essential administrative support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with finance and cash handling tasks, including processing payments and managing budgets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to achieve our goals and objectives.
What We Offer
  • 26 days (182 hours) paid annual leave, rising to 29 days (203 hours) after 5 years' service.
  • 12.5 hours) paid public holidays each year.
