Quarriers is currently in search of a full-time Lead Administrative Officer to join our welcoming administrative support team. Your primary workplace will be within our administrative office, and you may be required to collaborate with our central office depending on organizational requirements.

As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the Administration Manager, operational teams, and corporate services, overseeing a diverse array of administrative responsibilities. You will play a crucial role in the team and have the chance to significantly influence the development of processes, procedures, and systems within the office environment while managing various projects and deliverables related to administrative functions.

Working pattern: This is a full-time permanent position, requiring 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is office-based.

What you will need to bring to the role:

Relevant professional qualification (e.g., HNC/HND in Business Studies or a related field), training, or substantial administrative experience. Experience in professional minute-taking at a senior level. Proven history of working within office management and administrative systems. Ability to manage competing work priorities, delivering high-quality work and positive outcomes. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of acting as an inter-agency liaison and welcoming visitors to the office. Ability to manage innovation and adapt to changes with initiative. A UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.
