Role Overview: As the Facilities Security and Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the contract operates within its defined obligations while consistently delivering high-quality service. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our clients receive optimal value for the services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations related to the Security and Cleaning services, ensuring compliance with client specifications and performance metrics.
  • Act as a role model in people management, ensuring clarity in objectives, performance management, and skill development.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and safety in storage.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Assist in developing business strategies, including contract renewal and customer improvement plans.
  • Promote effective communication across the contract and motivate staff to achieve excellence.
  • Plan staff schedules for Security and Cleaning teams, managing attendance and reporting data as required.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain staff to ensure efficient service delivery, providing leadership and motivation.
  • Set performance objectives for team members and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure effective delivery of services by optimizing productivity and resource allocation.
  • Review monthly performance reports to assess compliance with contractual obligations and address any significant issues.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Participate in required training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client and staff information.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong management background across various work streams.
  • IOSH training is desirable.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of effective workflow management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a focus on detail.
