**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Head of Planning and Operations to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our planning team and ensuring the smooth operation of our production planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Lead Planning Team:** Oversee and manage a team of planners to ensure the effective execution of production planning processes.

  • **Supply Chain Management:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient management of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
