Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Premier Inn in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
