Job Summary
We are currently offering Sponsorship Switches for eligible candidates. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, working closely with our team to ensure their needs are met. This is a full-time position with guaranteed contracted hours, and we require flexibility in regard to working hours, including evenings and alternative weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and companionship
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in care or a related field
- Currently residing in the UK and holding a valid Sponsorship
- UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
