Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Choice Care Group. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and help with feeding
* Follow care plan guidance and company policies and procedures
* Attend and complete training as required
* Participate in the development of interventions aimed at reducing challenging behaviors
* Offer individual and group work to people receiving Choice Care services under supervision
* Facilitate the smooth and efficient implementation of care plan systems within the homes
Requirements:
* Patient, reliable, flexible, and a good communicator
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and develop skills
