Specialist Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to join our team in Maidenhead, providing specialist support and care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service, including:

  • Prompting service users to develop independence and live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care, depending on the service user's needs
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, including cleaning and cooking

Experience in the care sector is not necessary, as we offer full training, coaching, and development.
