Sparsholt College Group is dedicated to empowering students with SEN and helping them achieve their full potential.

We've seen a rise in young people with Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Special Educational Needs (SEN), leading us to expand our curriculum and staff team. We're now seeking passionate individuals to join our Additional Learning Support (ALS) team.

Your Impact:
  • Provide both academic and emotional support to students, enabling them to flourish.
  • Work with a caseload of key students, ensuring they meet course requirements and prepare for adulthood.
  • Collaborate with parents and carers, ensuring EHCP requirements are met.
  • Partner with SEN officers to facilitate timely reviews and student progress towards their goals.

Your Qualifications:

We seek individuals with:

  • Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • A strong educational background, including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • A willingness to pursue further training and development.
