About the Role: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to contribute to our Supported Living Service within the Adult Social Care sector at Lancashire County Council.

We offer various permanent contracts ranging from 25 to 30 hours per week.

Compensation: The starting salary is £23,152, pro rata based on contracted hours. Annual salary increments will occur over the next three years.

Additional Benefits: You will receive a 33% increase for weekend hours, a 50% increase for bank holidays, and a £40.76 allowance for sleep-in shifts.

Hourly Rates: £12.00 for weekdays, £15.72 for weekends, and £17.68 for bank holidays.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for cheerful and positive individuals who are eager to make a significant impact on the lives of those we support. Our Supported Living Service requires multiple Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for individuals within our Adult Disability Service.

You will be welcomed into clients' homes, transforming their daily routines into enjoyable experiences through your friendly demeanor and positive attitude. A background in Health and Social Care is not essential; what matters most is your caring nature and willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided, and there are opportunities for career advancement through qualifications.

Work Schedule: Various hours are available, including sleep-ins and weekend shifts. We also have a 20-hour evening and weekend position available.
