Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including facilitating meetings and overseeing critical onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Support the Head of Avantor Services in driving business initiatives and strategic projects to enhance operational effectiveness and organizational success.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, managing relationships with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth transitions and appropriate access for all new hires.
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, supporting a Leadership Team/Head of Department/Head of Services, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint for senior-level presentations.
- Proven ability to manage spreadsheets related to budgets, costs, and overall spend.
