About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team at Hendre Limited. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a range of social activities, including bingo, singing, and sensory equipment, to promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs and interests of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents.
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's activities program, including planning, budgeting, and evaluation.
  • Provide support and assistance to residents with daily living tasks, as required.
