We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to enhance our exceptional events kitchen.

With over two decades of expertise, Rhubarb is renowned for creating and catering some of the most prestigious events in London and beyond. From exquisite canapé receptions to sophisticated weddings and charitable galas, we bring a unique flair to every occasion.

As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with our talented Head Chef and food innovation team, playing a vital role in delivering our world-class events, ensuring that every dish, bowl, and canapé is a masterpiece.

You will operate from our cutting-edge kitchen facilities while occasionally attending events throughout London. The Sous Chef will be an integral member of our core team of 20 culinary professionals.

In this role, you will manage various kitchen sections and lead events as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in a comparable position within an event catering environment, production kitchen, luxury hotel, or venue.

A stable and progressive career in high-end restaurants (preferably with rosette recognition) is desirable, along with a strong understanding of food trends and the London dining landscape.
