About the Role

Avanti Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computational Biologist to join our team. As a postdoctoral researcher in computational biology, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in protein design and vaccine sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and apply computational models for protein design and vaccine sequencing.
  2. Collaborate with our team of experts to design and implement new computational methods for protein design.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of protein structures and sequences to identify patterns and trends.
  4. Communicate research findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computational biology and protein design.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Postdoctoral research experience in computational biology or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with computational tools and libraries such as RFDiffusion.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
