Senior Computational Biologist Role

Avanti Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computational Biologist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing and developing computational models for protein design and vaccine sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement computational models for protein design and vaccine sequencing using RFDiffusion and other relevant libraries.
  2. Collaborate with our research team to design and conduct experiments to validate computational models.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computational biology and protein design.
  4. Communicate research findings and results to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Postdoctoral research experience in computational biology and protein design.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as R and Python.
  • Experience with RFDiffusion and other relevant libraries.
