We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide day-to-day support to our Divisional Finance Director in the Commercial Banking Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and Commercial Banking to compile briefing packs and ensure timely delivery of committee papers and actions.
  • Lead activity on behalf of the Divisional Finance Director to ensure compliance with the SMCR regime.
  • Develop and lead on all aspects of the Divisional Finance Director's team communication and engagement schedule.
  • Play a key role in daily operations, acting as a trusted sounding board and source of feedback and challenge for the Divisional Finance Director.
  • Manage the Divisional Finance Director's office and leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in a Financial Accounting/Reporting related role.
  • Strong influencing skills to deliver through others while building trusting and collaborative relationships.
