Student Voice and Surveys Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about student experience to manage our Student Voice and Surveys work at Birkbeck University of London. As a key member of our Registry Services team, you will lead on this area and work with colleagues across the College to run our student surveys and gather and analyse the data gathered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective student survey systems to support our work
  • Analyse quantitative data to inform our student experience strategy
  • Manage data sensitivity and ensure confidentiality
  • Translate findings into well-written and concise reports for different audiences
  • Present reports to stakeholders and provide advice and support

Requirements

You will have strong IT skills, excellent data analysis abilities, and the ability to craft effective surveys. You will also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and be sensitive to students from different backgrounds.

What We Offer

Grade 7 of the College's London Pay Scale, £42,348 rising to £48,424 per annum, plus a consolidated Weighting/Allowance for staff working in the London area.

We will ensure that you have appropriate training in our software and support you in developing your skills.
