At Kerridge Commercial Systems, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our UK & Ireland operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals to achieve ambitious targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage regional product offerings and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a senior management position.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
