Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading in senior management positions within the software industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive results in a competitive environment
- Experience working within a matrix organization and effectively managing cross-functional relationships
- Advanced computer experience with the MS Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
