Requirements:

  • Previous experience of leading in senior management positions within the software industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive results in a competitive environment
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and effectively managing cross-functional relationships
  • Advanced computer experience with the MS Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • European languages an advantage
