About You

You should be an active team player, capable of demonstrating how you have previously managed and motivated a team beyond expectations, along with experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a direct interaction role.

Possess a solid understanding of recruiting and nurturing a diverse team, and how you have supported and inspired teams to advance, along with how you would apply these skills in this role.

Excellent communication skills are essential to engage with the local community, seeking new opportunities to enhance the shop's contribution to furthering Shelter's mission.

You will cultivate your own and your team's interests in merchandising the shop, attracting customers, and continuously enhancing your and your team's understanding of Shelter, who we are, and what we stand for.
