Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
- Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure a visually appealing store environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
