Key Responsibilities- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and in accordance with our client's merchandising standards.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a high level of store presentation, including ensuring fixtures are set up effectively and shelves are well-stocked.
- Product Placement: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Experience: Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative: Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
- Physical Demands: Be comfortable with manual handling and moving products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
